At Carrots Jewellery, we believe that fine jewellery should be as flexible as your evolving style. Whether you are looking to liquidate an existing piece or refresh your collection, our Lifetime Buyback Policy ensures complete transparency and lasting value on every purchase.

1. Buyback Valuation Structure

We offer a straightforward, transparent valuation based on the category of jewellery being returned under the buyback program. All valuations are calculated using the prevailing market rate of gold and diamonds on the day of the buyback evaluation.

2. Policy Terms & Deductions

To maintain fair and transparent pricing across all transactions, the following deductions and conditions apply to every buyback calculation:

●      Making Charges & Taxes: All original making charges and Goods and Services Tax (GST) paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable and are excluded from the buyback valuation.

●      Promotional Offers & Discounts on Making Charges: If your jewellery was purchased during a promotional period—including flat discounts, coupon codes, or zero/waived making charge offers—the standard original making charges applicable to that product (prior to the discount) or the exact promotional value availed will be deducted from the final buyback payout.

●      Quality Inspection & Weight Verification: All buyback requests are subject to a physical quality and purity inspection by our in-house gemologists and assaying team. The net weight of the gold will be calculated after excluding the weight of diamonds, gemstones, enamel, or any non-gold findings.

●      Alteration & Damage Clause: Jewellery that shows signs of external tampering, third-party repairs, structural alterations, or significant damage (such as chipped, cracked, or missing diamonds) may receive a revised valuation or be deemed ineligible for the standard buyback rates.

3. Eligibility & Required Documentation

To initiate a seamless buyback, the following items must accompany the jewellery:

1.     Original Tax Invoice: Proof of purchase from Carrots Jewellery is mandatory.

2.     Authenticity & Diamond Certificates: All original HUID/BIS Hallmark details and laboratory diamond grading certificates (if applicable) provided at the time of delivery must be returned intact.

3.     Missing Documentation Fee: If the original diamond certificate is lost or damaged, a standard re-certification and verification fee of ₹999 will be deducted from the final payout.

4. How the Buyback Process Works

1.     Raise a Request: Contact our customer support team at info@carrotsjewellery.com or via WhatsApp at +919637222000 or +919769990375 with your Order ID, invoice copy, and clear photographs of the piece.

2.     Secure Pickup / Handover: Once your request is registered, we will arrange a secure, insured reverse pickup from your registered address, a nominal ₹400 will be charged for insured pickup from your address.

3.     Lab Assessment: Upon receipt at our facility, our quality control team will inspect the piece and share the final buyback valuation breakdown with you within 3–5 business days.

4.     Payout Processing: Once you approve the final valuation, the buyback amount will be credited directly to your original source of payment or designated bank account via NEFT/IMPS/RTGS within 7–10 business days.

5. Important Notes

●      This policy is exclusively applicable to authentic products purchased directly from the official Carrots Jewellery website or authorized sales channels.

●      Customized, personalized, or specially engraved orders may be subject to additional assessment deductions.

●      Carrots Jewellery reserves the right to modify or update the terms of this Buyback Policy at any time without prior notice.
