1.       Gold and precious stone prices are linked to prevailing market rates. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.

 

2.       The price applicable at the moment of order confirmation is final and binding.

 

3.       We strive for 100% accuracy in our imagery. However, due to the handcrafted nature of jewellery and variations in digital displays, minor differences in colour, weight ($+/-$ 10%), or finish may occur. These are characteristics of artisanal craft and are not deemed defects.

 

ORDERS & PAYMENTS

 

1.       We reserve the unilateral right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order. This includes, but is not limited to:

ü Errors in pricing or product descriptions.

ü Suspected fraudulent transactions or unauthorized credit/debit card use.

ü Unavailability of stock.

 

48-HOUR RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 

1.       We offer a 2-day (48-hour) return window from the time of delivery.

 

ü To qualify, the item must be unused, unaltered, and in its original condition. All original packaging, invoices, and authenticity certificates must be returned.

ü Customized or personalized jewellery and items marked as "Final Sale" are strictly non-returnable.

 

ü The Process:

1.       Refunds are initiated only after the product passes our internal quality inspection.

2.       Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment source.

3.       Any promotional discounts or coupon values used during purchase will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

 

All content on this website—including logos, designs, text, and images—is the exclusive property of Carrots Jewellery OPC Private Limited. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
