48-HOUR RETURN & REFUND POLICY
1. We offer a 2-day (48-hour) return window from the time of delivery.
To qualify, the item must be unused, unaltered, and in its original condition. All original packaging, invoices, and authenticity certificates must be returned.
Customized or personalized jewellery and items marked as "Final Sale" are strictly non-returnable.
The Process:
1. Refunds are initiated only after the product passes our internal quality inspection.
2. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment source.
